Located in Chico, CA (95973) Table- This is a beautiful handmade vintage wood dining table. Only used during formal events, it's in excellent condition and still looks beautiful. Can comfortably seat 8 guests. Up to 10 without being too tight. Sofa set- My folks are getting older and no longer have a need for this beautiful set. Only used during formal events, so after about 30 years they're in amazing condition and still beautiful. *Includes: Sofa Love Seat 3x Chairs Cabinet- The cabinet is in great condition overall. The two bottom center cabinet doors are loose on the hinges but can be easily repaired. Does not include the items seen inside the cabinet. My folks are downsizing, so it's time for this cabinet to find a new home. Pickup is required and Cash only. Open to offers.
