Large scale USS Hornet Aircraft Carrier display grade model, measuring out to be almost 2 ft in length. This is a highly detailed ,hand built model, with accurate deck markings, detailed Island structure, antennas, and all in all very realistic build. There are little taxi cars on the deck along with other highly accurate details. The model has been stored for a while and would benefit from light cosmetic touch-ups like a dusting. The ship remains in very good overall condition with no major damage. Adding little airplanes on the deck would be a great addition :) This would be an extremely nice display piece. This is a collector grade model ideal for naval historian enthusiasts, aircraft carrier collectors, a hobbyist, or nostalgia if you or your family served on the ship. These things usually go for $200 or over but I need Christmas present money so I'm pricing it to sell.
