The Original 1982 Diamond The first Diamond was a 2-way rear-ported bookshelf speaker. Despite its small size, it was praised by reviewers for its musicality and "impeccable stereo image". Dimensions: A "squat" 24cm tall cabinet with a volume of just over 5 litres. Drivers: It featured a 19mm dome tweeter and a 120mm long-throw polypropylene bass/mid driver. Legacy: It borrowed technology from Wharfedale's high-end TSR102 series, delivering a "big sound" that redefined expectations for budget
