Sorry can't remember his name who helped me but he has excellent customer service skills, very patient, funny etc as well as the other man who works there they we're both awesome waited and worked with me when they didn't have to I really appreciate them so much and I would definitely refer everyone to them. They aren't scammer's, they are real and honest and just overall very nice and cool people. I feel like I got the jack pot when I bought my first real car and I say real because I've experienced nothing but bucket cars forever so to be able to finally get what I deserve and finally not get screwed is such a blessing I haven't been out my car yet 😂. My 15 year old daughter and I were here to look at the 2009 Toyota Camry for its purpose of being her first car. We showed up 30 minutes before closing time and met Pa, the owner. From the beginning of him showing us the car, informing us the brakes needed to be fixed and promising he’ll get them and the rotors replaced prior to finalizing the sale, to us still being able to take it for a test drive, meant I was sold on this little dealership from the beginning. He was so friendly, personable, and honest to work with. We’ve got 4 other children that’ll need cars in the future and I’ll make sure we come back to Bright Star Motors. 100% recommend this place!

Sooooo happy! I bought a beautiful VW Touareg from Pa and Bernard about a week ago and could not be happier with my purchase.
