Description: Bought the RV a little over 2 years ago, started the restoration on the vehicle with interior paint, flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new sink, new fridge, fresh furniture, and attempted to redo the bathroom and ceiling however did not finish. On the exterior the Kohler 7000w generator has been serviced but needs new propane line to run. It has a new heater that works great, new renogy solar system, new front tires, and all maintenance has been done for the engine and drive line. The roof has been resealed and all vents and skylights replaced however will need replacement again as they had started leaking. Lots of little things have been done to the RV as well as big changes. The reason of selling is unforseen life circumstances. This is a great project for the next owner, lots already done just need to make it your own. Cons: small electrical issues within dash (headlights can be weird) rear tires and air bags need replacement. Hot water heater needs replacement AC units don't work (never did) Hose between the split fresh water tanks has leak. And 3 leaking water lines. (Related to hot water heater and outdoor shower) And the front left leveling jack spring broke but Jack works fine. Needs mirrors as well.
