Very good condition (zero rips or tears) and very lightly used 3-person sofa. Made FULLY of Top-Grain Leather. Zero bonded leather used. Even the sides and back are Top-Grain. 8-way hand tied coil spring construction. Hardwood frame and American-made! Built extremely well. Moving to a tiny apartment, have to sell. Sorry for lighting in the pictures. There is no fading, wear marks or discoloration with the sofa. Back is 38” tall at highest point. Back to front of cushion is 40”. Seat height is 20”. Length is 88” outside armrest to other. Seat depth is approx 21”. This sofa retails for $6,999.00. I purchased on sale for $3,500.00. Very nice piece. No games, no lowballs, no trades, no BS.
