Description

2001 Recently renovated trailer for Sale $6,500 or OBO. Purchased in 2024 no longer need it. There is storage under the daybed area can hold a lot of stuff. That area also converts to a kitchen table. AC works really well. Shower pressure is great. Everything functions good for the most part. There are some minor cosmetic issues like staining in the kitchen sink area and outside needs pressure washing. The water pump for the fresh water tank doesn’t work. However hookups are good. Also there is a light or two and a couple of outlets that stopped working. Other than that it’s great.
