I've been dealing with this dealership for over 3 years.  For the good treatment that they give with my used car not being bought there.  Caused me to buy a new cat from them. Loyalty both ways now. We are like family now. Great team from the high ups to service and even parts. All around great place to be. Cerritos Nissan. I won't go no where else. Keep up the great work. Bring down the prices a little bit and this place will be a 10 star.

A simple maintenance could not have gone smoother.  I am a returning customer. Krysta my rep recognizes me and my son. Gives us the most easy going service and car drop off. I get detailed update with media.  I pick up my car and leave with a smile on my face.

My experience with the dealership service department has been terrible. First off, let me say that they have zero respect for customers time. I schedule an appointment for 7:30 in the morning for a simple oil change and additional services were tacked on to my paperwork. they charge me for tire rotation, some engine service which I didn’t even ask for. I didn’t receive my car back until 1130. There is no excuse for why a simple oil change should take anywhere between 3 to 4 hours. A regular oil change only takes about 15 to 30 minutes. I know that the text get paid by the amount of hours that they do on a car. With that being said, wasting my time for simples procedures, cost me money and time. This is the third time that this has happened and like in baseball three strikes you’re out. I will no longer be coming to the dealership to have any services done.

Very friendly and professional staff namely John Wynn and Nellany. Great team. I initially had some concerns regarding my brakes and they professionally advised me that I need brakes and why.
