This listing is for an original, vinyl padded, chromed tubular steel Z base with foot rest. Thus one was made by Troy Sunshade Company in Troy Ohio. This is 1930's - 1950's era. Frequently credited to Gilbert Rohde in listings for identical stools. It measures approximately 24" tall & 14" in diameter. All original so it does show some age related wear.
