Jennifer Furniture Ardentia Marco Leather Living Room Set Sleeper Sofa, Love Seat, Chair, and Ottoman (Sold as set only) $3,000 (OBO) SOLD AS A COMPLETE SET ONLY This like new condition living room set is as beautiful as it looks! It is genuine Italian leather, has a smooth, luxe caramel/chestnut color, removable cushions, and is very well-maintained with only the tiniest of superficial wear. The set has beautiful carved wood detailing on the frames, an elegant departure from the rivet style you often see on leather furniture. There are a few small scratches on the set that can easily be repaired, but otherwise the set is in near perfect condition. The set was purchased a few years ago but have been barely used due to a lot of back and forth travel. Similar sets without the built-in sofa bed and carved wood detailing currently retail for $4,500-$6,000. Buyer is entirely responsible for pickup and labor. You will likely need a U-Haul (or a big truck) to carry all 4 pieces. I also have a few tarps that I'm willing to include, if needed to protect the furniture in transit.
