Up for sale today is a beautiful ‘88 Panasonic DX 3000, fully tuned and ready to ride. This classic is built from Tange 2 steel, fully lugged, lightweight and sturdy. With a frame size of 56cm, standover height of 32 1/2”, it’s best suited for riders in the ~6’ range. 700x25 Bontrager tires still show casting nubs and have plenty of life. As I stated, fully tuned and ready to ride. Full Shimano 105 12 speed index drivetrain works flawlessly. All bearings cleaned, lubed, and adjusted. New brake and shift cables and lined housings, new chain, brake pads, and fresh bar wrap. Shifts, handles, and brakes like new. The paint scheme is more subdued than earlier models, it doesn’t scream “80’s!!!” in your face. Some minor blemishes, but not dents or dings. I am asking $110 or best offer.
