Large Antique Ink Bottle-Victorian Stoneware Jug with Pouring Spout- 7.5" Tall Salt Glazed English Pottery-Rustic Farmhouse Decor. This is an amazing antique heavy stoneware ink bottle from the early 1900s. I don't see any markings but may have been Made by Bourne Denby a stoneware and earthenware manufacturer in Derbyshire, England established in 1809. In remarkable condition considering it's age! Spout in fine shape. No chips but there are pottery nubs and some areas of bottle may feel rough and textured. Keep in mind that these were handcrafted, which gives them their rustic charm! Salt glaze is a deep dark brown with age related stains, marks and scars from usage. Porch pickup. (KIT)
