Just copped a BMW M2 and had the absolute best experience with Yusuf. From start to finish, the guy was on point  chill, knowledgeable, and straight-up honest. None of that pushy sales stuff. Just good vibes, real talk, and a serious passion for cars.

This place is a scam becareful  they sold me a2015 GMC white 4D 4wd for 27k wzy to high they never gave me carfax the truck was all rusted on rocker panels when I was washing the truck was falling a part under it was make up they make up the truck carpets were painted and today 8/23/2025:I see the same truck they cover the rust again to get someone else.. v
Be careful with Jason he say everything was approved and a month  later wasn't and they took the truck .. thank to God because  that truck was junk also two people fall on front and he was making fun of it I would never recommend thos Place.. they will  sale you a savage for a new .. be careful ful ..

PLEASE TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU!!!! This place sells junk cars and rips people off! They sold us a car with a missing tuner so it wouldn't shift properly and we had to buy a $650 tuner to fix it.
They also sold it to us with four rusted wheel studs and missing lug nuts. Those all had to be replaced.
The battery died within a week. The backseats were/like somebody ripped out a stereo system.
And to top it all off.
The radio wasn't working which they were supposed to fix and we've been waiting for over a month! They ordered the wrong one, and now they want to install a scratched used radio!!! It's been one issue after the other with these scam artists. Go to HGREG to buy a used car.

My experience with VIP Auto Enterprise has been a nightmare from start to finish. When I bought my car, I had to pay over $2,000 out of pocket for repairs because the service warranty they sold me was basically worthless and didn’t cover anything. To make things worse, when I drove the car 3 hours home, I discovered it had missing lug nuts, which is not only unprofessional but also a serious safety issue.

Later, the dealership bought my car back without giving me any notice and even sent a private investigator to take it out of the blue. They still refuse to return my down payment, and the manager who promised to help me get into another car completely went back on his word.

Their customer service is horrible. Every time I called, I was either ignored, disrespected, or brushed off when I asked for a manager. They clearly do not value their customers and take zero responsibility for their mistakes.

This dealership is unsafe, unprofessional, and dishonest. I would strongly warn anyone against doing business with VIP Auto Enterprise.

I was very interested in a blue RAM 1500 TRX so I called the dealership and got in touch with Yousaf. I asked several questions about the truck and I got straight answers. I also inquired about the car’s history and those details were confirmed by the CarFax.

I drove about 3 hours to this dealership because of the Fair price, Felt welcomed, and Yousaf did everything he could so I felt happy and comfortable. Thank you so much!
