Came in this morning to buy a 2024 mustang GT, I was instantly greeted by a friendly staff, Erica started my proceed on the phone then passed me to Doug and Ben which solidified my experience which was extremely pleasant. This trio has amazing cohesion, knowledge, and interpersonal skills which I commend! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle! They are GRADE A!

This was our first time buying a car from a dealership and the entire experience was great from start to finish. Out of all the other dealerships we were going to, this dealership was transparent and real. Instead of trying to SALE the car, they were making sure that WE as the customer were getting the best experience and purchase available. The entire team was very friendly and supportive. Just had an amazing experience purchasing my first EV at Impex Auto with Rick. I highly recommend them and him specifically. Honest and upfront about everything related to the vehicle, answered all my questions, and got me in and out in no time. 6 months ago I bought an F150 from a different dealership and spent 5 hours there. My next car will definitely be at Impex with Rick.

Do not buy a car here unless you like spending hours of your life quarreling with multiple people about what bank you want to use for your financing. I found the car I wanted, had it inspected by a local mechanic with a positive assessment, and was ready to buy, but was told by Impex that I couldn’t use Bank of America as my lender because they did not have a contract with them. They even had a sign which I attached a photo of showing they work with BOA. I have been with BOA for over 15 years and they offered me the lowest rate because of my loyalty. Impex offered other banks to use which had higher rates and they claimed would be easier. I feel like they are used to a certain demographic that is vulnerable because of bad credit or low income and they con them into using lenders that give Impex a financial kickback after the sale or some other incentive that benefits them and not the customer. I’ve purchased many cars over the years and I’ve never had the level of frustration that I had trying to buy a car from Impex. It took way too long arguing about the money and they wasted a lot of my time. As soon as I told them I was going to walk, they were suddenly willing to work with BOA as my lender. The only reason I’m giving them 2
stars is because the car is great and the sales rep was nice but he didn’t seem to understand what was happening with the lending issue. I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was as surprised as I was instead of thinking he was trying to dupe me as well. Extremely frustrating experience and will never buy from them again.
