Model and year unverified but owner states this is at least 1957 or earlier-Bristish Sport bike made by Phillips with 3 speed Sturmey Archer controls. Surface rust as pictured but nothing that has corroded completely through any parts of frame, fenders, or handlebars. Bike is complete, needs restoration without the need to replace more than emblems, tires, and perhaps seat. Seat has no tears. $75 OBO
