This sofa is in Excellent condition and only a few years old. It has always been covered with a fitted sofa cover . There are NO rips, tears, scratches, etc. It has been in a some and pet free home. The couch is electric and reclines on both ends with the touch of a button. The couch is also equipped with USB ports to charge your phone or whatever electronics you prefer. I am only selling because we are remodeling and changing color schemes. The couch was well over $3000 when purchased new, I am only asking $400
