Couch. free. 7ft x 31 tall 31 deep arm rest on 1 end only (by design) cushions removable comfortable enough. the end section is floating and has a tendency to drift. the cushions have a tendency to creep forward. clean enough. no stains. "clean" history, I got this from my brother who got it new about 8 years ago? I'm moving and going to buy an upgrade NOTE: 1 spring is popped out of the short end section on the bottom. does not affect comfort as far as I can tell, but is damaged. I can help carry but you gotta come get it, and bring 1 person to help me load it. long section weighs less than 80 pounds. legs are removable. very easy to move
