Description

I have someone who is probably going to pick up today. Will not respond to new messages for the time being. Hi. I want to be transparent because I don’t want to waste anybody’s time. There is water damage and there were some rodents that got into it, so in my opinion it is not suitable for habitation. At least not without significant work. Does not run, but engine is complete. Has AC, stove, refrigerator, and water heater that all worked when it was last parked. Must arrange your own towing from La Verne (near Pomona Fairplex). Have title that is currently on non-op and will transfer upon pickup. No past due DMV fees.
