Description

A gorgeous hand carved solid wood bench with intricate scrollwork and detailed reliefs by O’Conner, Moffat, & Co. Furniture. The upholstered cushion is a velvet/mohair type material that shows it’s age—it could be reupholstered or retained for it’s original charm. The feet are capped with metal. This piece is low to the ground—a window bench reminiscent of Witco style, a footstool, or for low to the ground seating. It also makes a lovely entryway bench to set things on 48.5” long x 17.5” wide x 12.5” tall Minor signs of age to wood; generally excellent antique condition. Upholstery shows wear and fading—easily reupholstered if desired
