From original correspondence via email to coming into the dealership and getting my new Tacoma the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jacob Mautner was who I worked with primarily and he was extremely transparent and friendly. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision or be put into buying that was not mutually beneficial. They worked with me and we came to a price we were both comfortable with. My past experiences with dealerships were nothing short of traumatizing and Right Toyota made the car buying process fun, efficient, and overall enjoyable; something I’d never thought I would say. I also worked with Ken in finance who was also extremely pleasant to work with. Moving forward I will most likely never go to another dealership again unless it is Right Toyota.
