Condition: Pre-owned vintage framed map print. The wood frame has two scratches and some signs of age and storage. The back paper covering shows age-related wear. The print has not been removed from the frame. Please review all photos carefully for the exact condition. Sold as pictured. Description: Vintage framed pictorial map titled “THE HOLY LAND,” featuring Jerusalem and other biblical locations in an antique-style design. The map features detailed illustrations of historical cities, the Mediterranean Sea, Jordan River, Sea of Galilee, Dead Sea, an ornate compass rose, and decorative angels. Artist & Publisher Information: An identical map design has been found on an unframed Transamerica Title Insurance Company map attributed to Dave Johnson and described as a lithograph. The other example includes additional printed text along the bottom reading “Seasons Greetings from Transamerica Title Insurance Company.” The lower printed section is not visible on this framed example. It may have been trimmed off or folded and tucked inside the frame during framing. The exact condition of this portion is unknown because the print has not been removed from its frame. The artist attribution, printing method, and limited-edition status have not been independently verified.
