Hi there! Please read my entire post if you are interested and plan on contacting me. I remodeled this vintage camper during the pandemic and it has since had two people briefly stay in it, which has caused some damages that need to be repaired (ie broken screens, reupholster a couple couch cushions). Honestly, it was a labor of love and I am posting it before it’s fixed up, as I am in a situation that would be best if I could sell it “as-is”. When it was originally purchased from the previous owner, there was some hail damage to the back side (ie little dents, chipped paint, broken windows). That damage still exists and while I will be working on fixing it up soon, I figured I may as well list it and see if anyone wants to purchase it at a cheaper price than when I would have it all fixed up. Work that has been done: painted exterior on 3 sides (hail damage side is not painted), white paint to all wood surfaces on the inside, vinyl flooring installed, peel and stick backsplash put in, wall paper put on one “wall”, upholstered couch cushions, sewed custom curtains, and purchased decor items for inside camper. There is no set space for a bathroom, but I did purchase a portable toilet new that would come with this camper.
