We have a big A/C unit for a window. It works great with no issues. Has a remote too. This was used to cool our main living area which is about 1200 sqft even on the hottest days. Especially when we drew the blinds before the sun hit the windows. For a window unit it provided excellent cooling and was happy to have it. When the 80 degree evenings come you will need a blanket, it gets that cool. I work outside everyday and my wife always made sure it was cool inside for me. The only reason for selling is because we had a new furnace and heat pump put in for the whole house. We have been having issues with allergies and I’ve been having surgeries and I’m being told our new system will help in recovery. We paid somewhere around $400. We would like to get $125 and that’s with an installation kit that goes on the outside of the house to hold the unit up. It can be installed from inside in case you want it on the second floor. The install kit was $80 by itself, but we don’t need it now. Please let me know if you have any questions. The sticker in one of the pictures should give you information about the unit.
