I've purchased or leased more than 20 vehicles over my lifetime, but it was only at CU Auto Sales where I've had the finance manager, Damian, tell me - after I'd already agreed to a payment and term I was more than happy with - that he'd found a significantly lower rate that further lowered my monthly payment by more than $50.

I'm writing this nearly a week later and that STILL blows my mind,  as it's the first time I've ever seen a dealership extend a sizable discount to a customer who'd already agreed to terms. Plenty of other dealerships would've taken the lower rate but "sold" the original quote, and held the points for a higher profit.

That came after CU Auto Sales had already exceeded my expectations. My salesman, Vance, was diligent in making sure I'd found the vehicle I wanted. I was able to take an extended test drive, by myself, so I could determine that on my own, and he then graciously allowed me to take a few days afterward to make my decision.

Once I agreed to talk numbers, CU Auto Sales appraised my trade within $50 of the number I'd wanted (but hadn't shared) and nearly two grand higher than online appraisals. That higher appraisal put the monthly where I expected it to be, but with zero down. Putting down half of what I'd planned to lowered the monthly payment even more (and that was before the lower rate!) I ended up driving away with thousands in savings over what I expected.

Lots of dealerships will tell you that they do things differently than most. CU Auto Sales is the first dealer in my experience to actually walk that talk in every way.

My wife and I have bought several vehicles from CU auto sales (even our first vehicle as a married couple nearly 20 years ago). We just bought another vehicle yesterday and we are always extremely satisfied with the service, honesty and no hassle vibe. We will continue to buy from them as long as they are in existence.

I purchased my vehicle  from CUAuto Sales in Murray  Utah seven months ago and the sales team was great. The process is very smooth. The vehicle did end up having a problem .
The problem was quickly resolved and covered by  warranty

Me and my wife bought our first car here. When Reliable Chevy tried to take our down payment without our signature. C U Autos fought to get our down payment back for us and  made the first car experience awesome. Came back because the cost of our first car  was way less than the repair so we traded it in here and it was even easier than the first time.
