Everything works. In great shape. Well taken care of including interior and exterior details: carpets, linoleum, shower, sinks, toilet, fixtures etc steam cleaned. Exterior washed and waxed with ceramic treatments. Roof was just rubber paint coated this year. All roof vents have removable hatch covers to keep out rain and debris. 3 skylights. Living room celing fan on wall switch. Auto digital thermostat functions properly: controlling furnace, fan, and ac. Refrigerator/freezer have auto power supply switch function- if set to propane and tanks empty, unit auto switches to A.C. power. Microwave, stove, oven, storage tanks, water heater, all HVAC systems, oven exhaust fan, bathroom ceiling vent fan, all audio/video systems, sewage, seals, power pop-out system, trailering/on-road components (including trailer brakes, bearings, lighting functionality, suspension, tires are less than 500 miles), 4 stabilization jacks, hook-up accessories (including shore power 110v/220v extension adapter cord, sewer hose, locks, valves and storage systems, interlocking leveling jack and tire pad system, between tires expanding tire chock, 3-leg 5th wheel hitch storage support jack and 2 twist jacks for pop-out support) operate properly and are included. Liquid storage monitoring systems all operate properly- no issues (blue, grey, black tanks). Built-in water filtration system with replaceable media filter for grey and blue water systems (additional filters included). ALL OPERATE PROPERLY WITH ZERO ISSUES. 2 Samsung l.e.d. satellite tvs- in bedroom and living room. DVD/blue ray/am/fm/bluetooth, aux., component receiver control an 11 speaker surround sound system with 3 separate on/off zones, 2 subwoofers (ceiling and floor), and outdoor waterproof speakers and aux cord. Already fully integrated av system with auto tuning powered antennae. All 5 new tires, premium alloy wheels including spare with bumper mount. Serviced. Complete with 2 blue top optima batteries and a super powerful inverter that i personally have plugged in to the outdoor receptacle and ran an auto-feed welder with (without breakers opening). Outdoor awning fully functional and clean. Reflective one-way mirror tint on windows. ALL OWNER/OPERATOR MANUALS from all appliances, electronics, and after-market components (with warranty cards), are included. All electronic component remote controls are accounted for and provided. Locking stowe hatch storage security lock keyes, including entry door and propane tank storage doors are accounted for and provided. Includes (2) 10gal. and (1) 5gal propane tanks. More to list but if youre serious enough, just ask. I have the 5th wheel hitch and wiring adapter/connector also which i can install in your tow vehicle if necessary. Currently in Martinez, at a trailer community where monthly rent is about $1400 with full hookups, mailbox, landscaping, garbage services, showers, bathroom, laundry room, additional parking space, etc all included (much easier than searching for vacancy in surrounding areas and trailer towing then setting it all up yourself). I can tow it anywhere you may need with additional cost. Iowered the price of purchase recently due to personal matters which facilitate a necessity of additional funding. Added upgrades including better speakers for sound system, kitchen faucet and plumbing, stabilizers for pop out, and new rubberized roof coating and weather seals for door/windows... You won't find cheaper rent, in your own place, without roommates. Plus if you don't like your surroundings, you can always just move somewhere else. It has served me well for a few years. I was in a coma and got out of the hospital with nowhere to recover. No help, no shelter. This r.v. saved my life and gave me a place to get back on my feet, now Id like to pass on the opportunity for someone in need... Price is negotiable... Possibly open to trades.
