Sterling on Crystal Rhodium treated (non-tarnish) This pretty plate was made by the Silver City Glass Co. - Meriden, Conn. Serving plate is in the Flanders/ Janice pattern embellished with a silver overlay design. Measures 13" across at the handles, otherwise it's about 11" in diameter. CREATED BY DECORATORS OF FINE CRYSTALWARE - Since 1907
