Rare Landstrom Furniture writing desk/console/table dated 1947. Darling mid century piece with one drawer (dove tail construction) and really pretty flared legs (saber legs). This could make a lovely bedside writing table/nightstand or a entryway console. Price is for the table only. Assessories on top are not included. Measurements are shown in photos. 34w x 20d x 30.25 H. Inside height from floor to bottom of drawer is 22.5. The maker is Landstrom Furniture. It took a lot of research to figure this out since the makers mark is missing. However there are remnants of the makers mark, i.e., pin holes and a small piece of metal inside the drawer showing the shape of the makers mark. Coincidentally, I have another piece by Landstrom Furniture and the shape and dimensions of the mark matches exactly. After many Google searches, I also found an old listing from someone who listed a nightstand in the same style with Landstrom as the manufacturer. That piece is shown in the last two pictures. Although they painted it and changed the hardware, the legs and construction lines match the piece I am selling.
