Preowned needs a tune up (retiring this bike). Used bike needs a tune up to the front wheel run slightly against the brakes. It’s way to heavy and the shape of the bike does not go one easy on my bike rack. I have a trek road and mountain bike that are light frame and this is more for beach or around the neighborhood.
