When I entered onto the 2nd floor "Vehicle Sales Department"  I was greeted immediately at which point I mentioned who I was there to meet for a test drive. I did not have to wait long and even though the person I was there for was busy at the moment I was then introduced to another who would help me. They worked together as a team.

I was invited (while I waited) to grab a cup-of-coffee water or treat they had available in the nearby lounge of the same floor. My questions were carefully heard with understanding and replied back with great care as well as very informative where I have a deeper understanding of the newer models types of vehicles.

All went well! Did my homework beforehand as far as what I sought in a used vehicle and these concerns were met with thorough feedback by Young Man Sales Associate Bram Salas.

I had a great experience purchasing my car from BMW Mountain View. My sales rep Bram was really helpful from start to finish — he listened to what I was looking for and teamed up with me to find the perfect car at a price I could afford. The service was fast, friendly, and pressure-free. I’m really happy with my new ride and appreciate all the help Bram and the team provided!

I bought an electric vehicle from this location and one thing they lacked was
Professionalism.

I asked to have it fully charged, they left the vehicle at under 80%. I asked to have the factory sticker removed from the window, they left the sticker on and I was forced to remove it myself with a razor and rubbing alcohol. I couldn’t recharge the vehicle without registering as the new owner, they never pointed this out or walked me through the process or mention that it needed to be done. Instead of spending 2 minutes mentioning that I couldn’t recharge it without registering as the new owner, they suggested I return the vehicle if I was unhappy.

Again professionalism. I would recommend this
Place as a last option to purchase a vehicle without looking at other locations 1st.

We had an amazing experience buying our new BMW Z4 M401i. Stefan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful the entire way, from the first phone call to when we drove the car home. I would definitely recommend BMW of Mountain View to others in the market for a new car.

I found the X3 I wanted on the BMW CPO site, contacted Naz the sales manager. He set  everything up for visit yesterday (7/4). I’m a no drama car buyer; I don’t give any and I don’t want any. I always come prepared to do a deal. Excellent experience, the showroom and dealership are beautiful. Everyone was very professional and friendly starting with Naz, the sales person. Plus, Sean, the sales manager made my trade in easy with a solid offer, and Alex, handling the finance part, again made it super easy. I was in and out of there within two hours with the car I wanted, a 2024 X3, M Sport package, Brooklyn Grey… ;) I would highly recommend these guys, and told them I’ll let any friends know if they’re looking as well. I guess yesterday was the “Independence Day” of getting off my old X3 and into my new one… ;)
