I love this place. I will start by saying i will keep the CarWay vinyl on my van because I am more than grateful for them. I had a horrible experience at viva dodge, my heart was broken. But Ruben and his team helped ease my worries. He took the time to explain absolutely everything more than twice due to my loss of faith in dealerships. They were so clear and had so much patience. They are super fast too. I had my plates and sticker in less than a week. I recommend them 100000000000%

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. My family members experience was marked by misleading information, lack of transparency, and poor customer service. From the beginning, he was promised a vehicle in “excellent condition,” only to discover significant mechanical issues shortly after purchase.

Attempts to resolve the issues were met with evasiveness and empty excuses . Communication was inconsistent, and it became clear that the company was more interested in closing a sale than in providing honest service or standing behind their product.

If you value integrity, accountability, and peace of mind, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. A car is a major investment — don’t make the same mistake we did by trusting this dealership.

If I could give any advise, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. This place has the worse customer service I have ever experienced, sold my brother a car in “working condition” only to break down in him a couple of days later. They took no accountability nor did they offer anything to help. They are holding his down payment and wrote a check that bounced back. Very very unprofessional. Scammers at it’s finest. Just a fair warning to anyone that wants to purchase from here, take a mechanic and do your research because they will sell you junk and have no compassion for those who put there hard earned money into there fraudulent dealership

Stay far away from Carway Auto Center.
I purchased a 2010 Subaru from this dealership on March 25th. Just four days later, the vehicle broke down on my way to work. I had to arrange for a tow to the nearest vendor they suggested, Pep Boys, where a diagnostic confirmed the car needed a new motor and transmission.

When I brought this to the dealership’s attention, they denied ever selling vehicles with such serious issues. They also claimed to be affiliated with CarMax, which turned out to be false — the finance company confirmed they had no affiliation after my contract was canceled.

Despite the circumstances, the dealership refused to refund my down payment, which under these conditions should have been 100% refundable, including my additional expenses to make the car roadworthy. Because of their refusal, I had no choice but to retain possession of the broken vehicle until they returned my money.

This experience has been absolutely terrible — dishonest practices, false claims, and a complete lack of integrity. I strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with Carway Auto Center. Save yourself the stress, financial loss, and disappointment.

I had a family member purchase a car from here recently. It was very upsetting for them to promise him a good working car just for it to have so many issues in less than a week. Issues like overheating,  needing a new transmission, and overall basically needing a new engine replacement. It was overheating since the first day! When coming to them over the problems..They were dismissive. FORCING my family member to make the first month payment before even handling any issues, that was already PRE-existing. They are even not willing to give the FULL deposit back. Very very unprofessional if you ask me. Will not be recommending this place or will never come here ever again!
