This loveseat has been barely used, and comes with a twin size 3” foam mattress which rests on a suspended frame. Dims: Sofa: 54"L x 32"W x 35.5"H Bed dimensions: 86"L x 54"W x 35.5"H Twin mattress dimensions: 72"L x 37"W x 3"H. Sofa weight limit: 400 lbs. Bed weight limit: 225 lbs The sofa weighs approximately 120lb. There is light wear on the arms from my cat, who decided this would make a great place to scratch. Original price was $650.
