Hello all! We have a 2017 Chevy Impala LT with 165,000 miles on it. It comes equipped with a 3.6L engine, 6 cylinders, power doors and windows, keyless entry, remote start, backup cam, bluetooth connectivity, Am/Fm/Xm radio, and a CD player. I am asking 7650 OBO.

Quick auto sales sold my daughter a used car last week. Shame on me for not taking it to an independent mechanic, I trusted the dealership in saying that they have inspected their vehicles and are in good condition and safe to drive. My daughters car broke down on the drive home from the dealership.  I did an oil change the next day to discover that it was one and a half quarts low. I had to have it taken to a mechanic to have it assessed only to find out that there are about $2500 worth of repairs that are needed for it to be driven, including a new head gasket and water pump.  I am not knowledgeable about cars, but I would assume that a used car business would have a mechanic that would be able to identify a blown head gasket and not offer it for sale until it has been fixed, or disclose the known issues.

They have been completely uncooperative in trying to help us resolve the issue. We are not asking for a handout, we are asking them to stand behind a product they are offering for sale, at least to the extent that the vehicle can be driven home.

After at first being ignored for five days, after repeated attempts to reach the owner, I was called today.  He was inconsiderate, he argued with me that they completed an assessment despite the oil change done the very next day showed the vehicle being 1.5 quarts low and clearly not recently changes.  I was basically told that I am screwed and the best they will do is have the vehicle towed to one of their own mechanics, allow them to assess it and make the recommended repairs, and then we would still have to pay them for any repairs. No thanks I will take it to a trusted Mechanic, that is independent of your influence.

Make your own decision when buying a used vehicle, but I would advise any potential customer to look elsewhere, this dealership cannot be trusted. They are either incompetent, negligent, or both, but certainly not trustworthy and honest.

I hope nobody else has to go through the frustration and disappointment that my 17-year-old daughter is currently experiencing.  This business had the chance to do something right but is more concerned about saving a few hundred bucks, please remember that Before looking at a vehicle on this car lot.

Great car lot. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. Cars are very reasonably priced and in good to great shape. If you're looking for a good $10,000 or less vehicle, this is the place for you. They will go the extra mile to please the customer. Adam is who I deal with and couldn't be happier to work with. Quick auto at Sullivant and Georgeville Road is the dealership you want to buy all your vehicles. I have bought six cars and trucks from them for me, my wife and relatives since 2020 and all are running perfectly well. You might want to try them. I assume you will not regret it.

When I showed up I didn't see not one vehicle within my price range or that I saw online. Plus all the recent reviews about basically them selling lemons to people. No thanks. Just stopped by to look at a hail damage maxima they had for sale. While I was pulling in the parking lot I saw an Acura TL they were looking at. I knew the car was not ready for sale so I ask if it was going to be for sale. The middle
Eastern guy I spoke with said yes but it need to go to the mechanic, I was fine with that. Since it rained last night I ask the guy if I could get a rag to wipe the water off so I can see the hail damage better on the maxima. He basically had an attitude when I ask. After he got a rag and wipe the trunk the damage was too much, I told him let me look at what else you have. I also ask if I could take a look at the Acura TL. The attitude from this guy was ridiculous. I had all intentions of looking at other cars because am genuinely looking for an over day ride.
If this is the way you truth potential customer good luck.
I would not recommend anyone even stepping foot on that lot.
