1994 Coleman Fleetwood Utah

1994 Coleman by Fleetwood Utah. We bought it in 2020 and it has only been stored in a sealed garage. Used 2 - 3 times per year for extended weekends. Canvas, clear windows, mesh in very good condition (one canvas repair made with Gorilla WP tape both sides, see picture). Interior pads and upholstery in very good condition. Cabinets and knobs good. King and full size beds at ends. Long benches can sleep 2 more. Sink, power water faucet, insidd and outside stoves work perfectly. Added double propane hookups and double tank holder. Crank system works every time. Leak free on the outside/inside, wheel bearings good to go. Interior LED lights added with dimmer. New curtains and coordinated sheets included if desired. My girls put new vinyl floor tiles in - not perfect but look good. Trailer safety lighting all works as it should. Electrical and water hookups work as they should. Deep cycle fully charged marine battery included. Selling because the kids grew up and I'm too old to fix what need repair, which are as follows: DC Electrical panel doesnt always work on battery power (about 1/2 the time). See pic Rivets for kitchen-side inner corner of King Bed rail popped out ($125 in parts needed). See pic. I'm told it's a pretty easy fix? Said popped rivets (at 3am) caused large window surround canvas zipper to separate (see pics). I tried but couldn't get it back together. Can be fixed I'm told with minimal part costs. Just have to re-start the zipper. 10 gallon water tank has a leak at the hose outlet (see pic). Repair ($20) or replace for about $90 on Amazon. Little cover for fold down kitchen mechanism needs to be re-attached to the cabinet underside (easy fix) Step door needs new locking handle and mechanism installed (I bought the part for it but never installed) but previous owner put in a lock on the side that does the job. The previous owner backed the trailer into a boulder and bent the left bumper corner. No structural problems though. Propane refrigerator has never worked, we used it as a breadbox and have a portable electric refrigerator instead (not included). Can be repaired if desired, I'm told. Seams probably need to be sealed again. With these repairs, this classic will serve you well for years to come. Its only 1475 pounds so its easy to tow.
