Alvarez 5056 Brazilian Rosewood Made In Japan Acoustic Guitar

Vintage 1970s Brazilian Rosewood Alvarez Lawsuit era. Beautiful spruce top with Striking Brazilian rosewood back and sides. Made in Japan with the “Tree of Life” Abalone Inlay, this gorgeous guitar is absolutely stunning. This guitar features abalone and ivory binding, a soft V neck profile, Ping tuners (non-original), and a beautifully aged finish. These guitars are highly sought after rare collectors items, not just for looks but also for tone. The story on the burn, as I’m sure you’re curious: the last owner had left it too close to a flame of some sort during a gig and the side got singed. Whoever buys this guitar will definitely have to appreciate this as a bonus character trait rather than seeing it as a retraction from its beauty. The bridge was repaired/replaced at some point and the wood shows some scars from the top layer of wood being pulled up and glued back down. Brand new Ernie Ball 80/20 Bronze strings installed today.
