Autorite motors will fool you with their affiliation with Lee Johnson but they are just another small individual car lot that is trying to make money.

I bought a 15 Chevy Silverado from them.
During my initial inspection I realized the steering wheel controls were not functional and the TPMS system was alarming.
They installed the wrong rated tire

Fortunately they did agree to put the correct tires on and fix the steering wheel controls but if it was any of the big dealerships you know that would have been done before listing the vehicle.

Gursh was the only helpful and real guy there. He was there to answer my questions and give me real answers.

The rest of the sales team are good at not leaving messages, and avoiding answering.

The truck also had 3 bad ball joints but after the almost month long fiasco with the steering wheel controls and not being able to drive the truck that I just bought I didn't even bother trying to get them to help.

They claim to do a 100 something point inspection but it's more of a safety bare bones inspection.

Take it to someone that is a mechanic and knows their way around cars and don't trust the steelership.

The only way I'd recommend going through autorite is if they were selling a rare vehicle for a great price and gursh is my salesman. Other than that forget about it.

This was my first major car buying experience and I started the process >250 miles away.  After minor difficulty over the phone, the manager Tom walked me through everything again with excellent customer service and was very reassuring that when I drove the long distance to pick up the car I would be happy with it and the details of my purchase.  I am a very detail oriented person and they accommodated that.  The salesman Greg was extremely friendly and helpful and met us right as they opened on a Sunday (he was there early!) after our long drive.  The car was everything they said it would be when I saw it in person, super happy there!  The 32 point used car inspection checklist was accurate and detailed, they had just replaced some components of the breaks so I wouldn't have to, the fact that the car had previously had an aftermarket hitch that was removed was documented (so nothing was hidden).  There was a random snafu on the test drive which Conor remedied immediately and was very professional/helpful about (he was the sales manager on Sunday,  Tom let me know I would be working with Conor in advance).  While we were waiting for the paperwork to be completed they offered us waters, friendly conversation, and let us charge our phones.  They mentioned more than once that they are able to take care of their customers and to call if we needed anything once we drove off.  I have no doubts they will work with me or you to address any problems with a used car, but so far my car is perfect no problems!  Smooth process and I am very happy with my purchase! Worked directly with Chris Russell.  Low stress negotiation and purchase. Chris made the experience easy and it was the first time that I have purchased a vehicle where I left feeling completely happy. The car was great (2022 Honda Insight). The dealership itself was nice, cars well kept,.  I’d recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a reliable car and a pleasant experience.

After visiting several other used car dealers in the area, we ended up at Autoright. To say we were frustrated and truly over car shopping would be an understatement. Enter Autoright. James immediately took us out to see our preferred car and took us for a text drive. Our process took awhile and James kept us entertained and treated us warmly, and with respect. There was none of the typical game playing we ran into at other lots. When our financing hit a snag, Sam fixed it. Again, no games! These are good, solid, decent guys. James and Sam explained everything in layman’s terms and without the annoying condescension we experienced at other lots. We left with our preferred car, happy, and with a Transparent Apple (they keep a bowl in the office). I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the most stress-free, comfortable, and even fun car-buying experience I have ever had! And the Transparent apples were delicious! If you want more, they sell them across the street at the Yakima fruit market. Thanks again, James and Sam!
