I had a great experience with this dealership. I had called ahead about a vehicle I had wanted to purchase and unfortunately it was still at the detailing shop and wasn't expected to come in for another day or so but I was supposed to be leaving outside of town. It arrived early and Jalen Reed called me to come down and take a look at it. It was still dripping soap when I test drove it. I fell in love with the car and had a great experience buying from Currie.

It was a great experience. I’m glad we decided to take the 2-hour drive to get this car. The price was exactly as advertised—no surprises—and all the paperwork was completed very quickly. The salesperson (Andy) treated us like VIP clients. He was very friendly, professional, and worked hard to make everything go smoothly and quickly. Thank you for such a great experience!

Disappointing preowned purchase experience.

Understand preowned condition can’t be guaranteed, but vehicle had considerable condition issues, none of which were represented in descriptions or the multiple calls and text. Specifically, I asked about a dent in rear of truck bed and was assured there was no dent and it was a distortion in the photo.

Lastly, price was increased 20% from close of business on Saturday to my arrival Monday morning. Again they have the freedom to price however they see fit, but pre-owned sales manager told me that five customers were turned away at the price advertised at the time of their visit. I personally believe that was merely a tactic, but taking him at face value, imagine showing up, offering full listed asking price and being denied. He stated the original price was a mistake, but the floor salesman had already stated the price was increased based on activity.

That activity walked away because condition was not as represented.

The floor salesman was inexperienced but very polite and actually saved me by coming up with 20 reasons why it couldn’t be sight unseen as I had intended.

Currie Ford, especially Bobbie E and Charles, are "Top of the Line" Advisor and Technician. I would follow these two to the ends of the earth. My '89 Mustang runs better than 10-20 yr. Olds Both men are conscientious, reputable, and honest. I am ready to give them keys to the castle!!

I traded in a Silverado and purchased a used Bronco. The sales and service staff were very friendly and personable. The only issue was that even though I scheduled an appointment, the entire process took a little over 5 hours from start to finish. I’ve done the same transaction at other dealerships and was driving away under 90 minutes from walking in.
