Cannondale H700 Hybrid bicycle in very good original condition

Cannondale H700 Hybrid bicycle in very good original condition including original Pacific Blue Pearl paint, with only minor scratching and bubbling. The handlebars have some rust, but, can easily be sanded and sprayed.  The bike was manufactured in the late 90’s (generally 1996 -98 with Pacific Blue Pearl as the 98 model). This is an 18” medium frame (bottom of crankset to seat tube) and would translate to a person 5’7” to 5’ 9”.  Though not a super-light, the bike weighs in at a comfortable 27 pounds as equipped, which includes SRM Max Comp shift set, Shimano DEORE LX derailleur and Shimano STX RC crankset. The bike had a complete professional tune-up at a TREK dealer back in June, including top of the line Bontrager tires, new caliper pads, grips and cabling where necessary. It has not been ridden since being tuned, but, has been moved and stored.  I realize prices can range widely on these older models; however, given the condition, components and recent complete overhaul I am asking $450.00. If you are looking for a top of the line hybrid at a reasonable price this is your bike. I just do not have the time to enjoy.
