Description

Halloween is coming soon! We had this skirt custom made on Etsy out of multicolored tulle to look like the bird named Kevin on the movie Up. The skirt stretches (my wife was 7 months pregnant while wearing this comfortably). For the head piece you just need a black headband with blue pipe cleaners wrapped around it (our youngest destroyed the headband or else I’d throw that in) This is for the skirt ONLY.
