This was an extra I've kept for backup purposes. Comes with box and accessories. I just upgraded the firmware and BIOS on it to the latest and confirmed it works perfect. Somebody is going to get a great deal as this cost well over a grand brand new and has no time on it at all outside of verifying function and upgrading firmware! This one has a box marked 2GB memory. 4 SAS connections on the card itself. It is good for 16 SATA hard disk drives via standard 1 SAS into 4 SATA breakout cables. Many more drives supported via an expander card too. Build yourself a home media theater server pc desktop and watch movies or store photos photographs and family videos or business. Much better to build your own NAS. Great for video editing and storing client footage too. Also for security surveillance video, NVR, drone, photography, videography, content creation, home theater pc, etc. No better way to immediately add 16 additional hard drives to your system and even more through an expander while allowing many reliable hardware based RAID solutions to protect against data loss. Priced at under half the new retail cost. $500 cash. I will only conduct transactions in the local police department parking lot visitor parking and internet exchange area by the front entrance.
