Good to excellent condition modern sofa and set of armchairs. Custom-made by an interior designer we hired. The original price paid was over $7200. Our family just outgrew the furniture. Asking $700 for the entire set or I can split the set and sell the couch for $500 and both chairs for $300. Sofa dimensions: 96 in. long, 38 1/4 in. depth, 27 1/2 in. arm height, 17 in. seat height to top of cushions. Armchair dimensions: 32 in. wide, 33 in. depth, 26 in. arm height, 19 in. seat height to top of cushions.
