Vending Machines + Location

Willing to move my machines and sell just the location for $5000. Selling a location in Sarasota FL with vending machines on site. 1 snack and 1 drink machine. I can show consistent sales to a motivated buyer but to give you an idea the location pulls roughly $250 per machine on average every month ($500 total per month). Snack machine is older and is not MDB compatible so will not accept a card reader. When you take a look at the sales you will see why I never pushed to add another card reader here. This location uses almost entirely cash. Drink machine does accept a card reader. Both machines are equipped with fully functional coin mechs and dollar validators. Machines have been maintained and serviced well and are fully functional. Location is happy to keep the machines here. Models for machines can be seen in the pictures. Just selling because this location is no longer within my regular route. I would keep it if I had more locations in the area. That being said I do not live close to the location so I will not meet here with just anyone. Please be a serious buyer. $6400 for machines and location. $5000 just location. Shoot me offers.
