139 Day Nightmare: Buyer Beware: March 8th, 2025, thru July 24th, 2025:
I hope that no one ever has to go through this experience with this dealership, especially when there's other Land Rover dealerships to choose from in South Florida. I've been very fortunate to own 4 Range Rovers over the past 15 years. I purchased 2 in Austin, 1 in San Antonio, and my 4th at this dealership. This 2025 Range Rover was top of the line and fully loaded. I purchased it Feb 28th, picked it up March 7th and last saw it March 8th as it looks in this picture being towed back to the dealership 200 miles away that they made me pay for, with transmission sensor issues. It started with 5 weeks, and NO resolution had been made or offered to date. The last feedback about the vehicle was March 20th, and the parts were on back order. I expressed my disappointment and asked for the vehicle to be purchased back by the dealership because it appeared to be a lemon. I received 2 calls from the GM Madison Seeberg. One was March 20th after I told my salesperson to have her call me, and the 2nd was April 3rd after my attorney sent a demand letter. She basically said it was in Jaguar Land Rover North America hands, and they would be calling, that was 10 days, and it was crickets. This dealership and GM have been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever gone through, especially at a Land Rover dealership. I racked up almost $20,000 in a rental car, towing fees (because the car had to be towed back to the Fort Lauderdale dealership 200 miles), down payment, loan payments, insurance and now attorney fees to help file the proper paperwork with the dealership and manufacturer pursuant to Florida's Lemon Law. This is how they treat loyal customers who have driven RR 15 years. I drove the car less than 250 miles and had it for less than 48 hours.

April 22nd: (Day 45) There will be enough educated potential buyers who read this review and shop at other LR dealerships before going through an experience like this. It's been 45 days, and they can't fix the problem by purchasing this $180,000 2025 Range Rover lemon back and reimbursing me for all the expenses that have been incurred. I drove it 1 day, and it malfunctioned. Still no resolution!

May 22nd (Day 76) and still waiting on Land Rover North America to pay off the loan and reimburse me several thousand in expenses, not including legal fees. They will not pay my $10K in attorney fees to get out of a 2025 Range Rover lemon or my auto insurance on a car a drove 1 day. The dealership has never reached out to me to make amends or even apologized for how long this has been dragging on and the money it cost me to get out of it. This dealership has no ethics and only wants the sale. Be careful dealing with this Auto Nation ownership group. There are too many other Land Rover choices in S Florida that would never put a 4x client through a nightmare like this.

May 30th (Day 84) and NO resolution. After calling Land Rover out for not responding to my review, they finally sent a response, as you can see below, to contact them. I contacted them the same day with the information they requested. It's been Crickets!!! No response back, and the 3rd payment was just taken out by Chase/Land Rover financing today. I drove the Range Rover 1 day. Save yourself a potential financial nightmare and shop at a different Land Rover dealership.

June 17th (Day 102) and NO resolution. First, I've never received a call from Auto Nation after sending them the requested information. I signed a settlement agreement 2 weeks ago with LR for the loan to be paid off and for total reimbursement. It's been 2 weeks, neither has happened. LR sends me this pathetic letter below and a $100 heated thermos from Amazon as an apology. Learn from my experience, do not deal with this dealership unless you want to run the risk of the same thing happening to you.

July 24th (Day 139) finally getting closure from this Land Rover/Fort Lauderdale dealership nightmare. There are too many other Land Rover options than to deal with these crooks.
