If it is listed, it is still available. Dont ask if it is available. Everything works. Vent on top broke In last years storms. A 2x3 is broken right under the door. Other than that, in good condition. Pick up only from fresno, ca. Only have the 2 side jacks on there cause it in the dirt and that not very level. Electric legs work. Fridgr, stove, hot water heater all work. It is a quick project or take it a part and sell all the items. Legs are worth $2,000.00 alone. It needs an 8ft bed, or an 8ft dually, front legs can adjust to fit ethier. Pickup is NOT for sale.
