2014 Prime Time LaCrosse Luxury Lite Touring Edition Travel Trailer. 33’ ft long plus hitch and bumper for an overall length of 37ft. 3 slide outs. (1)6ft slide out in the front bedroom and (2) 14 ft slide outs in the rear of the RV to create a large living space. Front and rear electric stabilizers. Each slide out have upgraded slide toppers. 12ft awning Dry weight is approximately 8000lbs 48gallon fresh water tank 60 gallon gray tank 30 gallon black tank. (2) 13,000 btu ac units -run independent of each other Newer tires with lots of tread and life left. The exterior has been waxed and polished meticulously every year and then kept under an RV cover . Trailer comes with the RV cover. At least a $100 value. Each year , seals along the roof, under carriage and along each slide out have been resealed and maintained and all other yearly maintenance done as long as we’ve owned the trailer. The trailer also comes with an installed to the rear bumper flip up cargo rack for carrying extra items such as a generator or outdoor fire pit or large cooler etc. Heavy duty black aluminum , it is solid and has been welded to the bumper frame itself on both sides so it is very sturdy. It is not the standard style inserted into the hitch. This cargo rack is worth $400. Rated for all 4 seasons. Does not come with a washer /dryer unit or have a hookup for one. Does have an on board vacuum with hose assembly. Inside the RV has newer laminate flooring throughout entire coach. The kitchen includes a double size fridge/ freezer that runs on both propane or power , 3 burner propane stove and oven , dtorage drawer underneath for your cook ware ,microwave above the stove a large island with upgraded under counter lighting and the double sink has a new modern pull out faucet. Front bedroom has a queen bed with storage underneath double closet with storage underneath ( access from outside the coach as well )and a double size dresser with a countertop large enough for a 50” TV. Also wall cabinets above the dresser unit that had the old dated mirrored inserts removed for new modern smoke glass inserts. Bathroom has a full size shower, sink/vanity combo , mirror and toilet. The living area has (2) leather love seat couches , one has power recliners (1 small person could sleep on loveseat or 2 people could recline in recliners and sleep ) the other loveseat makes into a full size bed (this could also sleep 1 person on the love seat or 2 people pulled out into the bed ) Total number of people sleeping 4 Or up to 6 Brand new area rug and ottoman man will go with the RV. There is an Electric fireplace that puts out a little heat with a 40” TV entertainment console in the living area. The TV is mounted on a motorized lift that comes in and out of the cabinet so it can be hidden when not in use. Storage cabinets on either side of the fireplace that also have the upgraded under cabinet lights. Overhead storage cabinets above the fireplace /entertainment console and also on the adjacent wall in the slide out above the pull out couch that we also removed the dated mirrored inserts and replaced with modern smoked glass. In the living area, we also recently removed the dated dining unit and replaced it with a modern breakfast bar that takes up less space and allows for more storage space when traveling etc , you can also move it around however you want or remove it altogether. We took a nice trailer , did some modern upgrades and made it into a great trailer!! This trailer is solid and has absolutely no leaks , or issues whatsoever. Taken immaculate care the 5 yrs we have owned it.
