Instead, unfasten the quick-release latch located next to the swivel D-ring at the top of the collar. - Place the collar around your dog's neck and re-fasten. -To distribute the correct pressure properly, prongs should gently rest on the dog's neck in the area right behind the dog's ear and under the jawline. -Position collar so that the O-ring is on top.
