1992 Bounder 36' Rear Bedroom Model

Read all before contacting us. Registration from AZ, under our name. Located in Chula Vista. Needs work. We have not used it for camping in about 5 years. But we would move it twice a year in Sept and Jan from Chula Vista to Jamul to free up our driveways for events. Eng and trans strong, shifts like butter. I would not label it road worthy for any long distance though. Like any trailer or motorhome not used, they just deteriorate. Perfect for the handy man who works on motorhomes. Would be a great addition to driveway for someone to live in, or on piece of land / property - you can drive it there within reasonable distance. Has water damage from last couple of rain sessions. Will need a roof redone along with some panels. Battery dead, we jumped it everytime we moved it. Interior is probably 90% here. Couches and seats not torn, still in tact pretty well. It's a rear bedroom model. Stated again. - NEEDS WORK. If your interested and come by just to tell me it needs work we're done talking. It served us well when we used it, but unfortunately we just let it sit for a while since life took another turn in a different direction. Generator needs to be rebuilt - again, sat for too long. Motorhome has hydraulic leveling that worked when we moved it last year. Price is firm for now, will negotiate as time passes and if the interest is not there.
