I recently had my car repaired at Jidd Motors Body Shop, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and handled with care and efficiency.

I want to especially recognize Ali, Ahmed, Louie, Breanna, and Peter, each of them went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently kept me updated throughout the repair process, my car was returned in perfect condition, looking and running better than ever.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Jidd Motors Body Shop, and I can't recommend them highly enough! After purchasing my Mercedes, which was still under factory warranty, I encountered some wiring issues and had christmas lights on dashboard..Unfortunately, the Mercedes service center denied my claim, citing "outside influence," Rotten damage and charged me $678 just for a diagnosis. They estimated the repair would cost around in between $2500 to $5,000, which was overwhelming.
Feeling stuck, I reached out to Jidd Motors, where I originally bought my car. From the moment I walked in, I was met by Ahmad, the manager of the body shop. He truly went above and beyond to help me. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time to listen to my concerns and walked me through the issues with my car. His genuine care for his customers was evident, and he kept in touch with me every step of the way. Gave his personal number and kept in touch with me for two weeks until we figured options…Who does that in todays world, i have met very few genuine people who really cares about their customers and concerns, he is one of them.

Not only did Ahmad and his team ( Ali, Clint, Briana ) fix my car, but they also saved me a significant amount of money compared to what I would have paid at the Mercedes service center. In my 10 years in Chicago, I have never encountered such dedicated and compassionate service.

I’ve been going to Jidd motors for years and they have always been the best! My car recently broke and Ahmad and Breanna did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond to make sure my car is finished in a timely manner and that everything is taken care of perfectly. They handled everything with the insurance as well and the whole process was seamless. Totally recommended!

Brought in my Tahoe for some insurance work, got rear ended and can’t even tell it’s ever been hit. Breanna made sure to keep me updated the whole way. She even got my car ready a day earlier. When I went to pick up my truck I got greated by her team and they all knew what was going on. I would recommend this Bodyshop to my friends for future services.
