I purchased a 2011 Subaru Forester from this dealership on May 2025, for $4,000 cash. Before paying, I specifically asked if the air conditioning worked and if the vehicle had a clean title. I was told the AC worked but “just needed Freon,” and that the title was clean.

Shortly after completing the purchase, I received a call from the salesman admitting that the title was actually rebuilt due to hail damage. This was never disclosed before payment. Within days, my mechanic confirmed the AC issue was not a simple recharge—it required a new compressor. Now, just over three months later, the engine has completely failed.

This dealership misrepresented the vehicle’s condition and title status, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the honesty and quality of their business practices. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report my experience and the misleading statements made during this transaction.

Buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this business.

Be careful. They had a great price on their vehicle and were willing to work on the price with me but when it came to giving me my plates, they dodged calls, said they would get back to be and never would. It took until my paper plates to expire for them to get off their behinds and actually go look for my plate that they magically found them. I wasnt born yesterday.
