2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500hd

2003 Chevy Silverado 1500hd 4x4 model, need to re-gear the front or rear for 4x4 to work correctly. Within the last 5k miles it’s got new shocks, new throttle body, new power steering pump, new water pump, new exhaust, new exhaust manifold gaskets, new fuel pump and transmission rebuilt. Engine and transmission are all good. Many issues: cracked dashboard, radio not working, gas gauge stuck on E, 4x4 not currently operational, probably some lights out, roof liner sagging, dings and scratches, needs tires, paint is rough on top and hood. I bought this truck about 6 years ago and don’t use it really, just sits.
