The sales team was very friendly as expected, especially the young lady I worked with. I was very happy with my choice and would give a 5 star if the financing portion was quicker. But I would definitely recomend checking this place out if your in need of a vehicle.

I went to this location just scouting options after looking at a car prior at another autonation location. I expressed how much I loved that car & Nathan Ohms did not hesitate to help me mark off all my boxes on the car, offered me a second look & i couldn’t say no. He went right over & brought the car to the honda location so i could get another look. I fell in love again with the car & we jumped right into the process. He was so friendly and ensured everything went smooth. He was super detailed & explained it all down to a T. It was the quickest & most welcoming encounter i’ve had at a dealership.

I stopped in because I saw there was a 2022 Lincoln Navigator available online. I took the drive from north Spokane to the valley location.
I went inside and didn’t see anyone who wasn’t with a customer so I waited. A blonde, young man with pierced ears seated at the center front table, walked past and I told him I was interested in the navigator. He said “it’s out front”. I said “oh ok, can someone just show it to me really quick? I don’t need to test drive if you’re too busy, I can just look at the interior”. He told me to wait just a minute. Went and got another customer, walking past me without saying anything and sat down. I waited a bit longer but with no indication that an associate was available, I went out front, looked through the windows at the car and did a walk around and left. I was disappointed at the lack of interest. Especially considering I was very interested in the Lincoln, had half down available and the means to finance the remaining car on the spot. It’s difficult to find it locally but this experience put a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I would have received better customer service had I brought my husband along. I wasn’t expecting to have red carpet rolled out, but a “hey I let someone know” instead of acting like I didn’t exist or pointing me to go look at the cars exterior without assistance would have been received better. I stopped at another dealership and was greeted right away and given options to have the same vehicle shipped. I don’t leave reviews but I thought this should be addressed. As a local business owner myself, this isn’t what I deliver to potential customers.

Made an appointment to replace a dead lifetime warrantied battery. Making and getting an appointment was quick and easy.  I had hoped that I could just bring in the battery and get a new one like last time, but this time I had to bring in the car. Would have been easier for everyone, but whatever. Hopefully this battery will last longer than 27 months.

Since I purchased my Honda Pilot I have taken it here for every oil change and other services needed. Everyone is so friendly and great at explaining what my car needs, and the videos of the service done are great.  If I'm not able to afford some of the services at that time, they don't push the issue but give me a reminder on my next oil change. Only improvement to be made would to be to get rid of the call center for making an appointment. I would rather talk to someone that I know at the center I'm taking my vehicle. The call center people are completely clueless
